Remote Online Notarization
(RON)

What is RON?

Remote Online Notarization allows me to notarize your documents digitally, and without requiring us to be in the same room.

It is the only legal way to waive the appearance requirement for notaries.

RON requires an additional certification from the Colorado SoS, and access to a computer or phone with audio/visual capabilities.  

How it Works?

If you are interested in using RON to complete your documents, I will invite you to upload your documents on a secure platform approved for use here in Colorado. I generally use BlueNotary. From there, it’s simple. We will set a time to meet virtually. You will verify your identity via the RON platform. I will issue a digital seal for your digital document. And that’s it!
